Economic development incentives are available in Red Springs through the William S. Lee Quality Jobs and Business Expansion Act. This state program provides Investment Tax Credits, Worker's Training Tax Credits and Research and Development Tax Credit.

• CDBG Development Program provides low intrest loan to industry.
• Industrial Building Renovation Fund provides an incentive for job creation. These funds may be loaned to an industry to address building needs or granted to local governments to finance publicly owned water, sewer, gas or electricity imporvements required by industry.
• Red Springs and Robeson County Industrial Development Incentive Grants are available on job creations and investments.
